Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions apply to all photography services provided by Aigul Photography, operated by Aigul Dorokhina, a registered sole trader based in Finland (“the Photographer”). By booking a session or service, the Client agrees to the following terms.

Booking and Payment

A booking is considered confirmed once a deposit of 20% of the total package price has been paid.

The remaining balance must be paid by invoice or in cash, no later than the date of the photoshoot, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Deposit and Cancellation Policy

The 20% deposit is non-refundable under any circumstances, as it covers the time reserved for the Client and preparation work. If the Client cancels or postpones the session, the deposit will not be returned. If the Photographer is unable to perform the service due to illness, emergency, or circumstances beyond their control, the deposit will be refunded in full or the session rescheduled at no extra cost.

Session and Delivery

The Photographer will deliver the final edited images via a secure online gallery. The number of photos and delivery time depend on the selected package and will be communicated before the shoot.

Final images will be delivered only after the full invoice payment has been received from the Client. Raw (unedited) files are not included in any package and are not available for purchase.

Copyright and Usage Rights

All images remain the copyright property of the Photographer. The Client receives personal usage rights for the delivered images (for example: sharing online, printing, or private use). Images may not be edited, filtered, or altered in any way without written permission.

The Photographer may use selected images for portfolio, website, and social media promotion unless the Client explicitly requests otherwise in writing before the session.

Client Cooperation

The Client agrees to arrive on time and cooperate during the photoshoot to achieve the best results.

The Photographer is not responsible for compromised coverage due to lateness, weather, or other circumstances beyond control.

Limitation of Liability

The Photographer takes all reasonable steps to provide high-quality images and service.

However, liability for any claim, loss, or damage shall be limited to the amount paid by the Client for the service.

Privacy and Data Protection

The Photographer respects the Client’s privacy. Personal information (such as names, email addresses, or photos) is used only for communication, invoicing, and service delivery and will not be shared without consent.

Marketing Consent

The Client can give permission for their photos, name, or testimonials to be used by the Photographer for marketing, including on social media, website, or other promotional materials.

Cancellation / Reschedule Policy

If the Client cancels the booking, the deposit is non-refundable. If the Client reschedules, the Photographer will do their best to accommodate a new date, subject to availability. Any additional costs incurred due to rescheduling may be charged to the Client.

Wedding Photography Contract

A written contract is signed for all wedding photography packages bookings, outlining the services, fees, and terms agreed upon by both the Client and the Photographer.
